Practice Landscape and Development Trends of China's Vocational Education from a Media Perspective:An Analysis based on the Expert——Interviews in 100 episodes of Vocational Education in China
Taking the large-scale political talk show Vocational Education China as the object of analysis,qualitative research methods were used to explore the focus of vocational education reform,including system improvement,institutional construction,technical skills training,social services,regional practices,and international exchanges.As for the development trends,the characteristics of a modern vocational education system with vertical integration and horizontal communication are becoming more prominent.The emphasis on institutional construction and talent development in vocational education is increasingly geared towards regional practices and the radiating role of vocational education hubs.The capacity for social services is expanding into key sectors of the national economy while international exchanges in vocational education are transitioning from a focus on bringing in to a balanced approach of both bringing in and going out.Looking ahead,China's vocational education development will further incorporate new concepts such as Chinese-style modernization,digital empowerment,skill-oriented society building,integration of vocational and general education,and the fusion of science and education.This will gradually form a modern vocational education system and typical development models with Chinese characteristics.
