Research on the Implementation Path of Labor Education in Vocational Colleges Based on System Basic Models
The Party and the state have always attached great importance to the fundamental role of labor education,and in the new era,labor education has gradually become one of the important paths to fulfill the fundamental task of moral education and nurturing talent.Based on an investigation of labor education in vocational colleges,this study uses the growth ceiling basic model and the insufficient growth and investment basic model analysis methods to conduct a systematic analysis of labor education issues in vocational colleges.It constructs a labor education path consisting of four stages:knowing,feeling,will and action.This path emphasizes strengthening labor education to enhance labor cognition,creating a labor-friendly environment to elevate labor emotions,conducting labor exercises to cultivate labor willpower,and establishing a collaborative mechanism for evaluation to implement labor behaviors.
