Roles and Competencies of Vocational College Teachers'Teaching Innovation Team Leaders
As the leader of the teaching innovation team,the head of the team assumes the role of the first person in charge and occupies a central position in the team.He is responsible for team building,goal setting,resource integration,project implementation,and relationship coordination.They are the guides of the goals,drivers of innovation,integrators of resources,and coordinators of relationships.The competence level of the team leader affects the development of the team and influences the results of teaching innovation and reform.Competence is closely related to job performance,work orientation,and work context.This requires the team leader to have a good level of moral quality,interpersonal relationships,task accomplishment,and theoretical research,thus providing capability reserves for building high-level teachers'teaching innovation teams.
