科教融汇视域下高职教育校企协同创新治理的逻辑与路径研究

教育、科技、人才"三位一体"重要论述为科教融汇视域下高职教育校企协同创新治理提供了政策基础与现实依据.高职教育校企协同创新实践中呈现出校企主体功能效益差异、管理权力运行向度单一、利益平衡机制缺失等问题表征,实际上是由于协同创新价值认同缺失、权力分配失衡、利益共享不均衡等治理不足所致.外溢性的公共价值达成、异质性的多元主体协同及柔性的网络化秩序建立共同构成了高职教育校企协同创新治理的逻辑.结合实践案例分析,校企协同创新治理现代化应通过建立"产科教"融合的治理价值理念、保障协同创新治理主体话语权、建立协同创新治理机制、构建基于自组织的协同创新场域等路径推进.
Research on the Logic and Path of Governance for Collaborative Innovation between Higher Vocational Education and Enterprises in the Perspective of Integration of Science and Education
The important discourse of the integration of education,science,and talent provides a policy basis and practical basis for the governance of collaborative innovation between higher vocational education and enterprises from the perspective of education-science integration.In the practice of collaborative innovation between higher vocational education and enterprises,there are problems such as differences in the functional benefits of the main bodies of schools and enterprises,a single direction of power operation,and lack of balance mechanism for interests.These issues stem from insufficient governance,such as lack of consensus on the value of collaborative innovation,imbalanced distribution of power,and uneven sharing of interests.The logic of governance for collaborative innovation between higher vocational education and enterprises is constituted by achieving the spillover of public value,coordinating heterogeneous multiple subjects,and establishing flexible networked orders.Through practical case analysis,the modernization of governance for collaborative innovation between schools and enterprises should be promoted through establishing a governance value concept of integrating production,science,and education,ensuring the discourse power of collaborative innovation governance subjects,establishing governance mechanisms for collaborative innovation,and constructing collaborative innovation fields based on self-organization.
