Integration of Science and Education Energizes New Productive Forces:Intrinsic Logic,Practical Dilemmas, and Paths for Implementation——From the Perspective of Higher Vocational Education
In the context of new productive forces, the integration of science and education has become an essential way to drive socio-economic development and improve the competitiveness of workers.Through analyzing the historical process of integrating science and education as well as the characteristics of new productive forces, this paper expounds the intrinsic logic of integrating science and education to energize new productive forces from three levels:theoretical logic, social logic, and technical logic.Essentially, the integration of science and education aims to continuously improve the quality of innovative talent training through rational allocation of scientific and educational resources. However,it faces practical dilemmas such as a lack of governance environment, inadequate construction of science and education enabling capacity, and insufficient depth of innovation integration.Starting from practice, this paper proposes practical paths for integrating science and education to energize new productive forces by means of overarching planning for top-level design, shaping a cultural ecology of science and education, active participation of multiple stakeholders, improving the policy support system, enhancing the matching of talent supply and demand, providing high-quality teams of workers, and perfecting research and innovation platform construction and innovating digital technology application scenarios.
