After years of scaling up,the integration of industry and education in vocational education still demonstrates difficulties such as empty institutional planning,blind market cooperation,and loose collaboration within specific organizations.To solve these problems,we cannot simply adopt a single-dimension perspective such as regional balance,social responsibility,or market interests but need systematic rational analysis to understand the essence of the integration challenge and explore and analyze principles of location layout and their practical application from multiple levels.To realize high-quality integration of industry and education,it is necessary to shift from simple intuitive planning to logical rational planning.Specific measures include:improving the overall planning of the industry and education system,increasing the precision and accuracy of the regional cooperation system,and reducing cooperation costs;clarifying guiding principles for market matching,optimizing matching efficiency and information costs;considering specific location factors,adopting strategies tailored to local conditions,and providing guidance and classification for various regions and locations to conduct in-depth collaboration in industry-education integration organizations.
