摘要

创新搭建产教融合平台载体,形成地方政府、产业园区、高校、企业、科研院所等多元行动主体创新互动、人才共培、成果同享的共生空间,完善校政企协同"以教促产、以产助教"机制,是深化现代职业教育体系改革的重要举措,更是创新驱动发展战略和区域协调发展战略对职业教育提出的新要求和新方向.市域产教联合体应以产业园区为基础,以价值共创、多元共生、文化共塑为原则,形成主体共识、实现多元治理、推动联合协同,打造增强职业教育服务区域高质量发展的多主体共同成长、边界突破、场景驱动的异质行动者产教融合新空间.

Abstract

Innovatively constructing platforms for industry-education integration will create symbiotic spaces where various stakeholders,such as local governments,industrial parks,universities,businesses,and research institutions,engage in innovative interaction,talent co-cultivation,and shared achievement.Such efforts are essential for deepening the reform of the modern vocational education system and align with new requirements and directions set forth by innovation-driven development and coordinated regional development strategies for the vocational education sector.They also reflect new demands and directions imposed on vocational education by innovation-driven development strategies and regional coordinated development strategies.The municipal industry-education consortium should be based on industrial parks,guided by principles of value co-creation,pluralistic symbiosis,and cultural co-shaping,to form a consensus among actors,achieve pluralistic governance,and promote joint collaboration.This will create a new space for heterogeneous actors with a focus on enhancing the multi-actor co-growth of vocational education in serving regional high-quality development,breaking through boundaries,and driving scenarios.
