Can Vocational Education Normal Students'Psychological Capital Enhance Work Centrality?The Roles of Professional Identity and Core Self-evaluation
Currently,vocational education normal students are less willing to engage in the work of vocational education teachers.The quantitative study showed that the psychological capital of vocational education normal students significantly and positively influenced professional identity and work centrality,with professional identity playing a mediating role,while vocational education normal students with high core self-evaluations had a more significant positive influence of their psychological capital on work centrality through professional identity.Therefore,vocational education teacher training colleges should pay close attention to the core value of psychological capital and professional identity for training results,design and implement training and activities aimed at improving psychological capital and professional identity,and guide vocational education normal students to view themselves with a positive attitude,so as to effectively improve the training results of vocational education normal students.
