How to Enhance the Initiative of Participating Farmers?Taking the Practice of Training High-quality Farmers as An Example
High-quality farmer training is critical for addressing the insufficient endogenous motivation for rural revitalization, yet in practice, farmer training faces challenges due to the lack of subjectivity among participating farmers. This mainly manifests in farmers being relegated to a bystander position in the research of training needs,an outsider identity in the design of training objectives,a lack of voice in the creation of training content, and a non-existent role in evaluating training effects. These issues are the result of a combination of external and internal factors, including farmers'subjective characteristics and wishes, training design, organization, and implementation. To address these challenges,a combined internal and external approach of empowering, benefiting, and granting rights to farmers can stimulate their enthusiasm and initiative to participate in training, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of farmer training.
