Framework Elements,Barriers,and Approaches of Cross-border Cooperation between Enterprises and Vocational Colleges:An Analysis from the Perspective of Enterprise Boundary Crossing
Cross-disciplinarity is the essential attribute of vocational education,which is mainly manifested in the cross-border cooperation between enterprises and vocational colleges at the practical level.Since enterprises and vocational colleges belong to different fields,namely the economic and educational sectors,these two types of organizations possess distinct characteristics.From the perspective of an enterprise,school-enterprise cooperation is a process where an enterprise crosses its own organizational boundaries and establishes connections and interactions with the key elements within the boundaries of vocational colleges.This provides a new micro-theoretical perspective for studying school-enterprise cooperation.Based on the concept of enterprise boundary crossing and by clarifying the essence of enterprise boundaries,this article constructs a framework and element model for cross-disciplinarity collaboration between enterprises and vocational colleges.At the same time,in light of the actual situation of cross-disciplinarity collaboration between schools and enterprises,it analyzes the policy-,capability-,institutional-,resource-,and interest-related obstacles that exist in this process.Finally,aimed at these barriers,a series of effective solutions are proposed to promote in-depth cooperation between enterprises and vocational colleges.
