新形势下研究生导师培训的模型构建与实践方略

研究生导师是研究生培养的第一责任人,在学术研究、人才培养、民族振兴的历史进程中发挥着重要作用,研究生导师培训则是优化导师知识结构、提升导师可持续发展能力、解决研究生教育内部困局的有效举措.以ADDIE这一培训领域的经典理论模型为分析框架,依托半结构型访谈,立足"模型构建"与"实践方略"两大向度,可构建出由"教学设计、组织功能、质量提升"三模块、"分析、设计、开发、实施、评估"等十三要素构成的研究生导师培训模型.在此基础上,为更好地适应新形势下研究生导师培训的现实需求,推进研究生导师培训模型在实践中的生态化运转,应注重"理念上正本清源:以育人思维为指导,实现提质增效""制度上立柱架梁:以组织治理为框架,保障顺利运转""实践上扎实推进:以利益相关者为主体,推进生态循环".
Model Construction and Practical Strategies for Postgraduate Supervisor Training Under the New Situation
Postgraduate supervisors are the first responsible persons for postgraduate cultivation,playing an important role in academic research,talent cultivation,and the historical process of national rejuvenation.Postgraduate supervisor training is an effective measure to optimize the knowledge structure of supervisors,enhance their sustainable development ability,and solve the internal difficulties of postgraduate education.Taking the classic theoretical model of ADDIE in the training field as the analytical framework,relying on semi-structured interviews,and based on the two dimensions of model building and practical strategy,we can build a postgraduate supervisor training model consisting of three modules of teaching design,organizational function,quality improvement,and thirteen elements of analysis,design,development,implementation,evaluation,and so on.Based on this,in order to better respond to the practical needs of graduate supervisor training under the new situation and promote the ecological operation of the graduate supervisor training model in practice,attention should be paid to the following aspects.In terms of concepts,we should clarify the source and adhere to education-oriented thinking,aiming to improve quality and efficiency.Concerning systems,we need to establish a framework through organizational governance to ensure smooth operation.In practice,we should drive solid progress,with stakeholders as the main body,to advance the ecological cycle.
