The Obscuring and Unblocking of Social Trust in Vocational Undergraduate Education
By reviewing the developmental history of vocational undergraduate education,it was found that there have been several public resistance incidents towards vocational undergraduate education, which to some extent hinders its progress.Through an analysis of these incidents,it is clear that the public has not established a stable trust relationship with vocational undergraduate education, leading to a crisis in social trust. The reasons for this situation mainly include the distortion of the pseudo-environment leading to public opinion judgment, the overshadowing of symbolic violence shaping collective memory, the pursuit of occupational attainment intensifying classification mechanisms, and the persistence of path dependency bringing about a quality crisis. To resolve the social trust crisis in vocational undergraduate education, measures can be taken to prevent public opinion judgment through post-truth avoidance, coordinate tripartite collaboration to break through the collective memory delusion, innovate social forms to escape the control of classification mechanisms and implement quality initiatives to overcome the quality crisis.
