Digital technologies have reshaped the educational ecosystem and transformed the world of work,thereby altering the vocational education system and impacting the development of vocational education teachers.Addressing challenges such as the inadequate top-level design for empowering vocational education teachers with digital technology,the shallow collaboration between industry enterprises and vocational education teachers in the digital technology field,and the insufficient supply of safeguards for enhancing the digital literacy of vocational education teachers,the development of vocational education teachers in the digital transformation can draw on international experiences such as framework first for top-level design,quality enhancement and efficiency improvement for school-enterprise cooperation,and strengthening the foundation for safeguard supply.This approach aims to refine the top-level design for empowering vocational education teachers with digital technology,optimize the paths of school-enterprise cooperation for enhancing the development of vocational education teachers with digital technology,and increase the degree of safeguard supply for improving the digital literacy of vocational education teachers.
