Empowering the Construction of Vocational Education Teacher Teams with Educator Spirit:Era Value and Generation Path
The spirit of vocational education has always provided impetus for the development of vocational education,from,ancient tue learning and genuine talent,to the salvation of the nation in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China,and then to the industrial salvation of modern times.This,paper reviews the historical process of the spirit of vocational education,explores the time's value of educator spirit in,the construction of vocational education teaching faculty,and puts forward the development strategy of it,such as improving the institutional system,teacher training system,and publicity incentive system.Through the construction of vocational education teaching faculty empowered by the educator spirit,the vocational education teachers are promoted to form the consciousness of the educator spirit.
