Construction Effectiveness Index and Direction of Municipal Industry-education Consortium
The high-quality construction of municipal industry-education consortium is a key measure to deepen the integration of industry and education,and an important way to enhance the attractiveness and adaptability of vocational education.In order to further enhance the construction effectiveness of municipal industry-education consortium,this study combines the operational status of the first batch of national municipal industry-education consortium.The organizational structure of municipal industry-education consortium is categorized into four categories:industrial park plus undergraduate college plus vocational college plus enterprise;industrial park plus vocational college plus vocational college plus enterprise;industrial park plus vocational college plus enterprise;and industrial park plus vocational undergraduate college plus enterprise.At the same time,based on this,the operational structure of the municipal industry education alliance was deconstructed.On the basis of clarifying the organizational and operational structure of the consortium,a performance evaluation index system and a three-degree index model for the construction of urban industry education consortia with contribution,coordination,and activity as the core were constructed.It was clearly proposed that the future construction direction of municipal industry-education consortium should focus on improving inter-subject coordination,stimulating the activity of various subjects,and increasing social contribution.
