Reform of Undergraduate Vocational Education Curriculum Governance Oriented to Intelligent Manufacturing
Intelligent manufacturing, with its unique technical approach of human-machine integration, collaborative organizational management concepts, sustainable social attitudes, and personalized spiritual pursuits, poses new demands on the cultivation of technical skills talents. These demands include multidisciplinary knowledge,human-machine collaboration and interpersonal communication skills, innovation capabilities, and lifelong learning abilities.Undergraduate vocational education, serving as an important platform for cultivating high-level technical talents, needs to bring about changes in curriculum objectives, structure, content, teaching methods, and teaching evaluation. It should respond to the transformation in talent development through the reform of curriculum governance. Thus, this study proposes some strategies for the reform of curriculum governance in undergraduate vocational education oriented to intelligent manufacturing:reshaping the values of curriculum to meet the needs of students'development, establishing an embedded curriculum governance model, reforming the operational mechanisms of curriculum governance, and innovating the mechanisms of promoting curriculum governance.Based on this,it is hoped that a curriculum governance system characterized by the participation of multiple stakeholders, facilitating negotiation and collaboration, and enabling resource sharing could be established. This system would ensure the high-quality implementation of the curriculum and the cultivation of high-end technical talents in the era of intelligent manufacturing.
