Construction of Evaluation Index System for Teaching Material Literacy of Vocational College Teachers:A Study Based on the Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process
Teaching material literacy is an essential component of vocational education teachers'professional competence.It plays a significant role in the professional development of teachers,the comprehensive development of students,and the improvement of educational quality.Based on the Delphi Method,establishes an evaluation index system for teaching material literacy of vocational school teachers,which comprises six primary indicators,fourteen secondary indicators,and thirty-seven tertiary indicators.Utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process,the study further obtains the weights of each indicator within the system.The proposed evaluation index system leads to several considerations:refining textbook awareness,enhancing teachers'textbook concepts,and strengthening knowledge learning to foster innovation and improvement in textbooks.It also involves optimizing teaching and research environments to improve the application of textbooks and professional development,as well as improving teaching feedback to enhance teachers'textbook assessment abilities and deepening textbook research to boost their research capabilities.
