作为学习型社会在乡村空间的实践样态和未来取向,学习型乡村要遵循中国式现代化理论立场,扎根中国乡村大地服务乡村现代化,是一种以人的全面自由发展为核心、以终身学习力为动力、致力构建乡村的全民终身学习体系,是具有可持续性发展能力的现代化乡村.兼具中国化、现代性和学习型多重属性的学习型乡村要在学习素养养成、共同愿景形塑和乡村发展赋能等三方面秉承生成逻辑,努力解决好"学有优教—学有所成"两大任务,实现"促进公平"和"提高质量"的有机统一,在"主体、体系、支持和监测"等要素上着力终身学习者培育、乡村教育高质量发展、乡村学习数字化和乡村学习评价督导等内容推进学习型乡村的建设与发展.
The Implications and Directions of Learning-oriented Rural Areas in the Context of Chinese-style Modernization
As the practical manifestation and future orientation of a learning society in rural areas,learning-oriented rural areas can lead to the modernization of the countryside.This concept aims for the comprehensive development of individuals,follows the theoretical direction of Chinese-style modernization,and centers on lifelong learning as its core.It is committed to building a comprehensive lifelong learning system for all rural residents,ensuring the sustainable development capability of modern rural areas.With the dual attributes of modernity and learning,learning-oriented rural areas must maintain their value stance in three aspects:the cultivation of learning literacy,the shaping of a common vision,and the empowerment of rural development.They must strive to establish an operational mechanism of excellent teaching and successful learning to achieve the organic unity of promoting equity and improving quality.Efforts should be concentrated on cultivating lifelong learners,promoting the high-quality development of rural education,realizing the digitalization of rural learning,and strengthening the supervision and evaluation of rural learning,so as to facilitate the construction and development of learning-oriented rural areas.
