Qualitative Approaches to the Cultivation of Highly Qualified Farmers in the Context of Resource Dependence Theory
In the context of rural revitalization, the cultivation of high-quality farmers is a major means to enhance the human capital of the countryside and an important way to promote the construction of modern agriculture.Due to its public welfare characteristics, the cultivation of high-quality farmers requires external resources. From the perspective of resource dependence theory, the cultivation of high-quality farmers cannot be separated from the resource environment system formed by the government, universities and enterprises.Under the context of multi-source resource provision,high-quality farmer training faces asymmetrical dependencies, including discrepancies between policy constraints and implementation, tensions between the public welfare of training and corporate profit-seeking.There are also barriers between remote teaching and training effectiveness, and contradictions between farmers'development demands and scarce training resources. Therefore, the cultivation of high-quality farmers can be achieved by creating a linkage mechanism, developing local resources, expanding cultivation resources and broadening the scope of cultivation to eliminate dependence on external resources and promote the goal of quality improvement.
