The Normative Requirements and Practical Pathways for Cultivating New Farmers in Relation to New Agricultural Productive Forces
The new round of agricultural technology revolution and industrial transformation has given rise to new productive forces in agriculture.These new agricultural productive forces drive changes in higher vocational education in the cultivation of new farmers,while also being empowered in reverse by emerging agricultural talents.By analyzing the intrinsic elements of new agricultural productive forces in terms of laborers,labor materials,and labor objects,as well as the concepts and characteristics of new farmers within this framework.It is concluded that new farmers must possess a new professional value orientation,innovative thinking,digital literacy,and ecological concepts.The cultivation of new farmers should reflect professionalism,innovation,technicality,and ecological awareness.Furthermore,it proposes a cultivation path for new farmers from the perspective of new agricultural productive forces;building an innovation engine to shape intelligent laborers;bridging the digital divide to expand digital labor materials;and optimizing ecological models to broaden the labor objects for new farmers.
