New Talent Cultivation in Vocational Colleges:Ability Model,Realistic Obstacles,and Relief Strategies
New talents are key elements in the formation and development of new productivity forces. The in-depth exploration of their portraits and characteristics provides theoretical guidance for the selection and cultivation of talents in vocational colleges,and promotes the development of new productivity forces. From the perspectives of national strategy,social talent classification,and academic terminology research,the connotation of new quality talents is traced back. Based on this,combined with theoretical logic analysis,a framework model of the connotation of new quality talents' abilities in vocational colleges has been constructed,mainly including the four major dimensions and fourteen specific element indicators. This paper examines the practical obstacles encountered in the process of cultivating new quality talents,such as adaptability,fit,synchronicity,and matching. Based on this examination,it proposes relief strategies for talent cultivation from the aspects of establishing a systematic cultivation concept,creating a collaborative educational ecology,constructing adaptable educational content,and cultivating diversified educational abilities.
