How to Improve the Governance System of Mixed-ownership Education:Logic,Mechanism,and Case Study
As a typical model of deep integration between vocational education and industry,mixed-ownership education is an effective way to promote talent cultivation and technological innovation. Improving the governance system is the key to the reform of mixed-ownership in vocational colleges. Starting from the logical orientation of mixed-ownership governance in vocational colleges,it is believed that the synergy and game between legitimacy and efficiency are the core factors affecting the governance efficiency of mixed-ownership education. The analysis of the initiation mechanism,diffusion mechanism,fault tolerance mechanism,and function mechanism helps to clarify the external governance environment and internal governance structure of mixed-ownership education. Based on the practical case of the Digital Intelligence Engineering School of Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College,this study analyzes the governance structure,input and output distribution,risk control,and other key elements of the governance of mixed-ownership secondary colleges. It also puts forward relevant suggestions for optimizing the governance system of mixed-ownership education to facilitate the effective implementation of mixed-ownership education in the field of vocational education.
