Practical Problems and Optimization Paths of Internal Governance System in Mixed-ownership Vocational Colleges:Based on Exploratory Multi-case Studies
The optimization of the internal governance system in mixed-ownership vocational colleges is crucial for driving the reform of higher vocational education. This study conducts multi-case studies on three representative mixed-ownership colleges and identifies four main aspects of internal governance problems:alienation of value system,emptiness of institutional system,weakening of action system,and softening of environmental system. The optimization of internal governance system in mixed-ownership higher vocational colleges should cultivate governance culture by integrating value and promote governance according to law by improving system. It should also enhance governance efficiency through main body actions and integrate internal and external governance by environmental innovation.
