高职院校学生人文素养提升的路径研究

新时代高职院校人才培养要重视学生人文素养等综合素质的提升,这样才能为社会与国家培育和输送"德才兼备"的全方位人才。基于近年江西省高等职业教育质量年度报告"学生发展"数据进行分析发现,高职院校学生在对人文素养的认知、人文基础知识与人文精神等方面相对缺失,在为人处事、组织协调、与人沟通、团队合作及发明创造等方面存在局限,其深层原因是高职院校的培养目标与价值取向存在偏差、人文素养教育师资匮乏、校园文化氛围缺失等,需要从优化高职院校的培养目标和价值取向、提升高职院校教师的人文素养水平、倡导经典阅读、提升高职院校的文化氛围、从顶层制度上明确人文素质培养的重要性五个方面来提升高职院校学生的人文素养。
Research on the Paths for Enhancing Humanistic Literacy of Vocational College Students
In the new era,vocational colleges should attach importance to the improvement of students' comprehensive qualities such as humanistic literacy in talent cultivation,so as to cultivate and deliver all-round talents with both morality and talent for society and the country. Based on the analysis and summary of annual reports on the quality of higher vocational education in Jiangxi Province in recent years,vocational college students are relatively lacking in their understanding of humanistic literacy,basic knowledge of humanities,and humanistic spirit. There are limitations in dealing with people,coordinating and organizing,communicating with others,teamwork,and invention and creation. The underlying reasons are the deviation between the training objectives and value orientation of vocational colleges,unreasonable curriculum design,shortage of humanistic education teachers,and poor campus cultural atmosphere. It is necessary to optimize the training objectives and value orientation of vocational colleges,optimize curriculum design,improve the humanistic literacy level of vocational college teachers,advocate classic reading,enhance the cultural atmosphere of vocational colleges,and change ideological concepts. To enhance the humanistic literacy of vocational college students,we need to clarify the importance of cultivating humanistic qualities from the top-level system and five other aspects.
