Analysis of the Operation Mechanism of the Municipal Industry-education Consortium Based on the Four-party Game Theory
The construction of the municipal industry-education consortium is an important measure to fully implement the spirit of the twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China and enhance the adaptability and attraction of vocational education. It is an important way to deepen the integration of industry and education and serve regional economic development. It is also an important carrier for promoting the close integration of education chain, talent chain, industrial chain, and innovation chain. This paper puts the core participants of the municipal industry-education consortium alliance of enterprise, school, industrial park, and government under a unified framework. It constructs a four-party evolutionary game model, and uses MATLAB software for numerical simulation to deeply analyze the strategic choice and interactive relationship of the four parties in the operation mechanism of the municipal industry-education consortium. The results show:(1) the willingness of enterprises, schools and industrial parks to participate shows a significant positive interaction effect;(2) the sensitivity of industrial parks to government subsidies is significantly higher than that of enterprises and schools;(3) reducing costs and increasing profits are the key factors to stimulate enterprises, schools and industrial parks to actively participate in the construction of municipal industry-education associations.;(4) the degree of integration of industrial parks is positively correlated with their willingness to participate in the municipal industry-education consortium associations.
