产教融合是职业教育发展的基本模式,职业教育人才培养根植于实践场域具有内在规定性。因应社会需求和人的全面发展要求,实践场域下作为职业教育人才培养关键点的课程成为赋能人的现代化、赋能新质生产力发展和国家创新体系的根基性力量。提升职业教育课程效能,要遵循课程目标与课程内容协同适切的理论逻辑、多要素协同及其适应性变革的组织逻辑以及共同体行动中的建构性的实践逻辑,着力于课程目标的高阶性、学生的主体性与深度学习,强化学习中的情境性与情意驱动,并据此推进支撑复杂性情境教学的组织变革,构建切合专业特质的实践学习机制,优化课程资源配置的生态系统。
The Logic and Pathways for Enhancing the Effectiveness of Vocational Education Curriculum in Practical Contexts
The integration of industry and education is a fundamental model for the development of vocational education,with the cultivation of vocational education talent intrinsically rooted in practical contexts. In response to societal demands and the need for comprehensive human development,the curriculum within these practical contexts,as a key element in vocational education talent cultivation,has become a foundational force in empowering individuals for modernization. Additionally,it plays a key role in advancing the development of new productive forces and supporting the national innovation system. To enhance the effectiveness of vocational education curricula,it is essential to follow the theoretical logic of alignment between curriculum objectives and content,the organizational logic of multi-element collaboration and adaptive transformation,and the constructive practical logic within community actions. This approach emphasizes the advanced nature of curriculum objectives,the subjectivity of students,and deep learning,while highlighting the task-oriented and affective-driven aspects of the curriculum content. Additionally,it promotes organizational transformation that supports teaching in complex contexts,underscores the construction of professional practical learning mechanisms,and focuses on the ecological optimization of curriculum resource allocation.
