两种木麻黄变异类型的抗盐性比较

选取两种木麻黄变异类型(编号B1和R5)为实验材料,分析不同浓度NaC1胁迫下其抗氧化酶活性(SOD、POD、CAT)变化和MDA含量变化,研究NaC1胁迫下木麻黄的逆境响应机制.结果表明,变异类型B1的SOD活性较R5高,而R5的POD活性和CAT活性都比B1高,B1的MDA含量相较R5高,说明B1叶片细胞内O2-更多,比R5受到伤害更大.综合抗氧化物酶活性和MDA含量测定指标的分析得出,R5比B1更具抗盐性.
Two forms of Casuarina equisetifolia from Yuhuan and Taizhou,Zhejiang province were selected as experimental materials,numbered Bland R5,for studying salt resistance mechanism under NaCl stress.The results showed that superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malondialdehyde content in B1 was higher than that in R5,while peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) activity in R5 were higher than that in Bl.The experiment indicated that B1 got more content of O2-in leaves than R5,causing more hurt.Comprehensive analysis on activities of antioxidant enzymes and MDA content resulted that R5 had stronger salt tolerance than B1.
