红椿半同胞家系苗期特性分析

以46个红椿半同胞家系为研究对象,进行苗期试验,测定1年生苗木苗高、地径、冠幅、主根长度、主根粗度、二级侧根数6个性状.结果表明:红椿半同胞家系间生长性状均达极显著差异;苗高、地径、冠幅、主根粗等性状遗传力较大,均在0.80以上;苗高与地径、冠幅,地径与主根长、主根粗,侧根数均呈极显著的正相关;苗高、地径和冠幅同地上部分鲜重的线性回归方程为:y=-145.52+ 124.85x1+0.49x2+ 0.41 x3,主根长度、主根粗度和二级侧根数同地下部分鲜重的线性回归方程为y=-48.40+ 36.16 x1+1.34x2+4.24 x3;以苗高、地径2个主要苗期生长性状进行联合选择,选择出1个苗期生长较快的家系为筠连1号.
Seedling Traits of Toona ciliata from Different Half-sib Families
An experiment on seedling cultivation was conducted using 46 half-sib families of Toona ciliata in Junlian,Sichuan province.Height,basal diameter,crown diameter,taproot length and diameter,lateral root amount of 1-year seedling was determined.Results showed that growth traits had extremely differences among different families of 1-year T.ciliata seedlings.Seedling height,basal and crown diameter,main root diameter showed high heritability (over 0.80).Extremely significant positive correlations were observed between seedling height with basal and crown diameter,as well as between basal diameter with taproot length and diameter,number of lateral root.The linear regression equation of seedling height,basal diameter,crown diameter and fresh weight of the aboveground part was:y =-145.52 + 124.85 x1 + 0.49 x2 + 0.41 x3,the linear regression equation of taproot length and diameter,number of lateral root and fresh weight of the underground part was:y =-48.40 + 36.16 x1 + 1.34 x2 + 4.24x3.The characters of seedling height and basal diameter could be regarded as the most important indexes for selection,one family was selected for further assessment.
