基质与生根剂对琴叶榕扦插繁育的试验初报

摘要
试验采用 3种生根剂及不同基质进行琴叶榕 Ficus pandurata扦插繁育研究.结果表明:采用300 mg·L-1ABT2号处理 30 min,琴叶榕扦插繁育效果最佳,其成活率达 91.67%,生根数为 17.33条,根长为11.74 cm,新梢数为 8.82个,新梢长为 10.57 cm.不同基质的繁育试验,以"黄心土 4份+废菌棒 3份+有机肥3份"基质配方扦插繁育的效果最佳,琴叶榕成活率 达 93.89%,生根数为 10.24条,根长为 10.69 cm,新梢数为11.40个,新梢长为 23.03 cm.琴叶榕扦插繁育,宜采用生根剂ABT 2号,基质配方为"黄心土 4份+废菌棒3份+有机肥3份".
Abstract
On April 5th 2020,2-year branches of Ficus pandurata were cut in Songyang,Zhejiang province.Experiments were conducted on seedling cultivation with different rooting agents and different substrates.The results showed that cuttings treated by 300 mg/L ABT2 for 30 minutes had the best effect,with survival rate of 91.67%,17.33 of roots,11.74 cm of root length,8.82 new twigs and 10.57 cm of new branch length.The experiment demonstrated that cuttings in substrate of yellow soil(40%)+waste mushroom substrate(30%)+organic fertilizer(30%)had 93.89%survival rate,10.24 of rooting,10.69 cm of root length,11.40 of new twigs and 23.03 cm length of new shoot.
