红楠在浙江省的分布区预测及主要环境变量分析

红楠Machilus thunbergii属国家珍稀濒危树种,了解红楠的适宜区分布及其对气候因子的响应,对红楠的保护和发展具有重要意义.本文基于 2013-2020年实地调查数据和中国数字植物标本馆(CVH,http://www.cvh.ac.cn/)、中国国家标本资源平台(NSII,http://www.nsii.org.cn/)、全球生物多样性信息网络(GBIF,https://www.gbif.org/)标本库数据,获得浙江省内红楠现有分布点 177个和 22个环境因子,利用MaxEnt模型和ArcGIS软件对红楠适生区进行了模拟预测,并分析决定红楠分布的主导环境因子及其阈值.结果显示,模型预测准确性较高,适合红楠的潜在适生区预测;浙江省内适生区(适宜度S>0.2)总面积为 9.22×104km2,大部分地区的适宜度均在中上水平;高适生区分布比较集中,呈现连续分布状态,主要集中于浙南丽水至舟山一带;坡向和温度季节性变化方差是影响红楠在浙江分布的决定性环境因子.
Distribution Prediction and Main Environmental Variables Analysis of Machilus thunbergii in Zhejiang Province
Based on distribution of Machilus thunbergii from permanent sample plots in Zhejiang province during 2013-2020,as well as that from CVH(http://www.cvh.ac.cn/),NSII,(http://www.nsii.org.cn/),GBIF,https://www.gbif.org/),177 distribution data and 22 environmental factors in Zhejiang province were collected.Prediction of suitable area of M.thunbergii,dominant environmental factors and their thresholds were analyzed by MaxEnt model and ArcGIS software.The results showed that the prediction accuracy of the model was high,and it was suitable for the prediction of potential suitable areas of M.thunbergii in Zhejiang.The total area of suitable areas(suitability S>0.2)was 9.22×104 km2,and most areas of the province had suitability the middle level.The distribution of highly suitable areas was relatively concentrated and continuous,mainly from Lishui to Zhoushan of southern Zhejiang province.The analysis demonstrated that the variance of aspect and seasonal temperature variation were the decisive environmental factors affecting the distribution of M.thunbergii in Zhejiang province.
