杭州市域绿道空间营造研究

摘要
为了深入了解杭州绿道的总体规模、分布情况、现状特征及存在的问题,为后续的科学规划建设提供重要参考,于 2021年 10-12月对杭州市范围内的已建成绿道进行了全面调查.结果表明,截至 2021年 12月,杭州市共有绿道 4 503 km,构建了全市范围的绿色生态、运动休闲、低碳交通、全域旅游、五水共导的绿道网络.这些绿道体现了自然与人文的和谐融合、具备健康与休闲的双重功能,贯彻了生态保护和可持续发展的理念.然而,目前杭州市绿道营造存在诸如规划统筹协调难、标准对接统一难、老旧品质提升难、资金土地筹集难等问题.在后期的绿道空间营造中,应遵循系统性完善、以人为本、生态优先、文化传承、因地制宜等原则,通过对绿道选线、绿廊系统和慢行系统等内容的营造,重点实施绿道打通工程、打造精品绿道工程、推进绿道的加密工程、延伸乡村绿道工程等建设举措,营造既具有地域特色又能满足市民需求的绿道空间.
Abstract
Investigation was carried out on examined greenways in terms of their distribution,length,types,greenbelt and their main tree species,ma-terial of pavement in Hangzhou,Zhejiang province from October to December 2021.The result demonstrated that there were 4 503 km greenway,with 8 types.Challenges need to be faced such as planning,standards,quality,land and finance.Further development strategies were provided including systematic planning,people oriented,ecological,cultural and local conditions.
