节水抗旱稻技术效率和省工效应的比较分析

通过对安徽省3个水稻种植大县的种植农户进行问卷调研,对节水抗旱稻和普通水稻的技术效率和省工效应进行比较分析.研究发现,节水抗旱稻种植的技术效率均值为0.895,比普通水稻技术效率均值0.887高,种植节水抗旱稻可以提升农户的技术效率水平.节水抗旱稻在总体生产过程中平均劳动投入量是333.00 h/hm2,较普通水稻劳动投入量节约37.95 h/hm2,其中在种植环节较普通水稻节约劳动投入量88.50 h/hm2,省工优势明显.对劳动投入量的影响因素分析表明,种植规模的扩大和农户受教育程度的提升均有利于减少单位面积劳动投入量.
Comparative Analysis of Technical Efficiency and Labor-saving Effect of Water-saving and Drought-resistance Rice
A comparative analysis was conducted on the technical efficiency and labor efficiency of water-saving and drought-resistance rice and ordinary rice by questionnaire survey among farmers in three major rice-growing counties in Anhui Province.It was found that the average technical efficiency of water-saving and drought-resistance rice cultivation was 0.895,which was higher than that of ordinary rice of 0.887.Planting water-saving and drought-resistance rice could improve the technical efficiency level of farmers.The average labor input of water-saving and drought-resistance rice in the overall production process was 333.00 h/hm2,which was 37.95 h/hm2 less than that of ordinary rice,and 88.50 h/hm2 less than that of ordinary rice in planting,showing obvious labor saving advantage.The analysis of influencing factors on labor input showed that the expansion of planting scale and the improvement of farmers'education level were conducive to the reduction of labor input per unit area.
