水稻品种DNA指纹图谱构建及品种纯度的快速鉴定

摘要
为了构建四川省2021年水稻区试品种指纹图谱,建立一套快速鉴定杂交稻种子纯度的方法,本研究结合SSR分子标记检测技术、品种指纹图谱数据并利用单粒法DNA提取和毛细管电泳系统,完成了 2021年四川省水稻区试品种的指纹图谱构建和遗传多样性分析,并快速获得杂交稻惠和优566的种子纯度鉴定结果.结果表明水稻品种的指纹图谱、单粒种子提取DNA和毛细管电泳能够帮助育种者加快鉴定种子纯度.
Abstract
To construct the fingerprint of rice varieties tested in the regional trials of Sichuan Province in 2021 and establish a method for rapid identification of hybrid rice seed purity,this study combined SSR molecular marker detection technology,variety fingerprint data,single seed DNA extraction and capillary electrophoresis system and completed the fingerprint construction and genetic diversity analysis of the rice varieties tested in the regional trials of Sichuan Province in 2021.The results of seed purity identification of hybrid rice Huiheyou 566 were obtained quickly.The results showed that fingerprinting of rice varieties,DNA extraction from single seeds and capillary electrophoresis could help breeders to identify seed purity faster.
