水稻籼型温敏核不育系遂S的选育与应用

摘要
遂S是三明市农业科学研究院利用C815S作母本与自育三系保持系B4012(元丰B/99B)杂交,经6代系选育成的水稻籼型温敏核不育系,具有分蘖力强、配合力好、异交率高等特点,2019年通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定.用其与明恢164配组的耐热杂交组合遂两优164于2020年通过福建省和国家农作物品种审定委员会审定,配组的遂两优9816和遂两优臻占于2022年分别通过福建省和云南省农作物品种审定委员会审定.
Abstract
Sui S,derived from the cross of C815S as the female parent and maintainer line B4012(Yuanfeng Bx99B)as the male parent,is an indica thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(TGMS)line in rice developed by Sanming Academy of Agricultural Sciences after six generations of selection.It has the characteristics of strong tillering ability,good combining ability and high outcrossing rate.It was registered by Fujian Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2019.Suiliangyou 164,a heat-resistant hybrid rice combination derived from Sui S and Minghui 164,was registered and released for commercial production by Fujian and the National Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2020.The hybrid rice combinations of Suiliangyou 9816 and Suiliangyou Zhenzhan derived from Sui S were registered and released for commercial production by Fujian and Yunnan Crop Variety Appraisal Committee,respectively,in 2022.
