早籼型水稻两用核不育系开花习性研究

以7个早籼型水稻两用核不育系为研究对象,分析其在浙江台州不同播期的育性转换特性,同时对其开花习性的相关指标进行观察测定.结果表明,7个不育系的不育起点温度较低,有较长的育性敏感安全期,在制种时段选择上有更大的空间.湘陵628S开花历期短,开花期和开花时段集中,柱头总外露率相对较高且张颖时间长,可作为当地理想的两系不育系制种亲本,应用前景较好.
Studies on Flowering Habits of Early Indica PTGMS Lines in Rice
Seven early indica rice photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS)lines were selected to analyze the characteristics of fertility alteration under different sowing dates in Taizhou,Zhejiang Province,and the related indexes of flowering habits were observed and measured.The results showed that seven male sterile lines had a lower critical sterility-inducing temperature with a longer safe period of fertility alteration sensitivity,so there was a wider range for the selection of seed production time.With a short and concentrated flowering period,a concentrated flowering time,a relatively high total stigma exsertion rate and a long glume-opened duration,Xiangling 628S can be used as an ideal parent for local two-line hybrid rice seed production and has a good application prospect.
