Regeneration Capacity and Yield Formation Characteristics of Mycorrhizal Symbiotic Rice Under Different First-season Nitrogen Application Levels
Using Ganjundao 1(mycorrhizal symbiotic rice variety)and Zhongzao 35(recipient rice variety)as the materials, three nitrogen application levels(N1 112.5 kg/hm2,N2 135.0 kg/hm2 and N3 150.0 kg/hm2)were set to compare the regeneration capacity and yield formation characteristics between the mycorrhizal symbiotic rice and its recipient rice variety under different first-season nitrogen application treatments. The results showed that compared with Zhongzao 35,the root bleeding rate and regeneration capacity of Ganjundao 1 under different nitrogen application treatments were higher, especially under the conventional nitrogen application treatment(N3),the root bleeding rate and regeneration capacity of Ganjundao 1 were 17.30%and 8.31%higher than those of Zhongzao 35,respectively.In the first season, the dry matter weight of Ganjundao 1 under N1,N2 and N3 treatments was 6.33%,5.67%and 5.75%higher than that of Zhongzao 35,respectively,while in the ratooning season, the dry matter weight of Ganjundao 1 was 25.21%,19.43%and 12.11%higher than that of Zhongzao 35,respectively.Under the treatments of Nl,N2 and N3,the first season rice yield of Ganjundao 1 was 2.81%,3.07%and 5.28%higher than that of Zhongzao 35,respectively,while in the ratooning season, the yield of Ganjundao 1 was 14.64%,19.62%and 14.97%higher than that of Zhongzao 35,respectively.In conclusion, under the conditions of higher nitrogen levels in the first season, the high-efficient mycorrhizal symbiotic rice had stronger root activity, which could promote the absorption of nutrients, ensure the accumulation of above-ground dry matter and the increase of effective panicles, and improve the yield and regeneration capacity of rice.Especially,in the ratooning season, the growth and yield advantages of mycorrhizal symbiotic rice were more obvious.
