广西桂北杂交水稻机械化制种技术应用效果研究

2022年分别在广西钟山县和恭城县开展母本机插、无人机植保施药、无人机喷施"九二○"、无人机辅助授粉、母本机械收获和种子机械烘干等关键环节的杂交水稻机械化制种技术应用研究.结果表明,杂交水稻制种采取母本机插和父本人工移栽时,父母本播差期需缩短约4 d,花期相遇良好;与传统人工制种相比,无人机喷施"九二○"和辅助授粉的母本结实率稍低,但制种产量更高,总生产成本减少1 665元/hm2,增产580 kg/hm2,增收1.16万元/hm2,节本增收效果显著.总结了桂北杂交稻机械化制种的关键技术及其效果,为广西杂交稻机械化制种技术应用提供支撑.
Application Effect of Mechanized Seed Production Technology of Hybrid Rice in Northern Guangxi
In 2022,the research and application of the techniques for mechanized seed production of hybrid rice,including female parent machine transplanting,plant protection pesticide application by unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),UAV GA3 spraying,UAV-assisted pollination,mechanical harvesting of hybrid seed and mechanical seed drying,ect.,was carried out in Zhongshan County and Gongcheng County of Guangxi.The results showed that when hybrid rice seed production adopted machine transplanting of female parent and manual transplanting of male parent,the sowing difference period of male and female parents needed to be shortened by about four days so that the flowering period met well between the parents.Compared with the traditional artificial seed production,the mechanized seed production by UAV GA3 spraying and UAV-assisted pollination had a little lower seed setting rate but a higher seed yield of the female parent,the total production cost of mechanized seed production was reduced by 1 665 yuan/hm2,the seed yield was increased by 580 kg/hm2,and the income was increased by 11 600 yuan/hm2,indicating that the effect of cost saving and income increasing of the mechanized seed production is significant.The key techniques and effects of mechanized seed production of hybrid rice in northern Guangxi were summarized,which provides support for the application of mechanized hybrid rice seed production technology in Guangxi.
