S-诱抗素对低温胁迫下水稻幼苗生长及生理特性的影响

为探究低温下S-诱抗素(S-ABA)对水稻幼苗生长及生理特性的调控效应,探讨水稻幼苗在低温胁迫和施加S-ABA情况下的生理响应机制及恢复效应,以超优千号为材料,3.1叶龄后于人工气候箱连续5 d进行5 ℃(T0)、9 ℃(T1)、13℃(T2)低温处理(18:00-次日08:30),低温胁迫结束后恢复常温生长,在低温处理前7 d叶面喷施0.03%S-ABA(稀释100倍),设T0S、T1S和T2S处理,研究分析了低温胁迫下叶面喷施S-ABA对水稻幼苗生长及生理特性的影响.结果表明,低温胁迫下,叶面喷施S-ABA能有效改善水稻的生长状况,增加水稻幼苗的株高、根长、茎基宽、叶面积和干物质量,提高叶片光合色素含量,增强水稻叶片光合能力和抗氧化酶活性,同时还能提高内源激素IAA、GA、SA含量而降低内源激素ABA含量,帮助维持水稻内源激素稳态,保持正常代谢,提高了水稻的耐寒性.S-ABA在低温胁迫开始后第3天的效果最明显,表明在低温胁迫早期采用S-ABA调控水稻幼苗生长以应对冷害的效果最好.
Effects of S-ABA on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Rice Seedlings Under Low Temperature Stress
In order to understand the regulation effect of S-ABA on the growth and physiological characteristics of rice seedlings under low temperature stress,and to explore the physiological response mechanism and recovery effect of rice seedlings under low temperature stress and S-ABA application,Chaoyou 1000 was used as the material,and after 3.1 leaf age,it was treated at low temperatures of 5 ℃(T0),9℃(Tl),13 ℃(T2)for five consecutive days in an artificial climate chamber(low temperature treating from 18:00 to 08:30 next day)and the normal temperature growth was restored after the low temperature stress,and seven days before low temperature treatment,topdressing 0.03%S-ABA(diluted 100 times)to set the treatments of T0S,T1S and T2S to study the effects of S-ABA on the growth and physiological characteristics of rice seedlings under low temperature stress.The results showed that under low temperature stress,foliar application of S-ABA effectively improved rice growth,increased plant height,root length,stem base width,leaf area and dry matter weight of rice seedlings,increased photosynthetic pigment content of rice leaves,and enhanced the photosynthetic capacity and antioxidant enzyme activity of rice leaves.At the same time,it also increased the content of endogenous hormones IAA,GA and SA and reduced the content of endogenous hormone ABA,helping maintain the homeostasis of endogenous hormones and normal metabolism in rice and improve the cold tolerance of rice.The effect of S-ABA on the third day after the beginning of low temperature stress was the most obvious,indicating that S-ABA would have the best effect when it is used to regulate the growth of rice seedlings in the early stage of low temperature stress to deal with chilling injury.
