Spatial correlation structure and influencing factors of G60 S&T Innovation Corridor from the perspective of high-quality development
Analysis of urban spatial correlation structure with multiple perspectives was significant for promo-ting high-quality integrated regional development.A modified gravity model and social network analysis were utilized to examine the spatial correlation structure and influencing factors of high-quality development in cities along the G60 S&T Innovation Corridor. The results showed that:1)Overall level of high-quality development in the region was improved and the inequality decreased. The high-quality development of cities showed signif-icant differences in multi-dimensional scores.Spatially,Shanghai had the highest level of high-quality devel-opment,gradually decreasing towards the direction of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui.Suzhou and Hangzhou were sub-core cities for regional high-quality development.2)The spatial correlation intensity of high-quality development exhibited a stable pattern of being higher in the east and lower in the west, with a tendency of high-value correlation towards the northwest for deeper development. The network relationship and network density showed an upward fluctuation, while the network connectivity, network hierarchy, and network effi-ciency first exhibit an " N "-shaped developmental trend, and then demonstrated a stepwise increase.3)The high-value areas of out-degree centrality and betweenness centrality evolved from a multi-node clustering to a unipolar pattern. The spatial variation of in-degree centrality consistently demonstrated a"core-periphery"structure with Hangzhou,Jiaxing, and Huzhou at its core. The spatial pattern of closeness centrality was the most stable and exhibited the least variation among cities, with its high-value regions continuously expanded westward.4)Urban adjacency, information relevance, and innovative collaboration were key factors influen-cing the high-quality spatial correlation among cities, whereas the impact of industrial structure similarity and differences in transportation infrastructure was relatively insignificant. The research findings could provide ref-erence for promoting the integrated and high-quality development of the G60 S&T Innovation Corridor.
