摘要
中非抗疫合作是习近平人类命运共同体倡议在卫生健康领域的具体细化和生动实践,为当今国际抗疫合作以及未来应对重大社会公共危机提供了"人民性"的价值遵循和实践指南.中非抗疫合作是具有中国特色、时代特征的一种新型非传统安全合作,为构建新型国际关系做出了典范.中非抗疫合作为中非关系发展提供了新动力,促进了其他国家对非洲的投资,开辟了中非卫生健康共同体建设的路径.
Abstract
Sino-African cooperation against COVID-19 is a detailed and vivid practice of Xi Jinping's ini-tiative of building a community with a shared future for mankind in the field of health.It provides a"popu-lar"value and practical guide for international cooperation against major social and public crises in the fu-ture.Sino-African cooperation in fighting the epidemic is a new type of non-traditional security cooperation with the characteristics of China and the times.It is a good example for building a new type of international relations.Sino-African cooperation has provided new impetus for the development of Sino-African rela-tions,encouraged other countries'investment in Africa and opened up a path for building a Sino-African health community.
