The System Design of Small Farmers Participating in Rural Land Management from the Perspective of Big Food View:Institutional Doctrine Based on Rational Choice
Big food view is an important strategic concept put forward to maintain food security in the new development stage.Exploring the utilization of rural land resources is an important basis to practice big food view.The three elements of big food view,namely the view of big agriculture,the view of big re-sources and the view of big industry,make new requirements on rural land management,emphasizing that small farmers should implement the policy from land production,development and management.At the same time,to carry out land management with small farmers as the main body,we should encourage small farmers and enhance their motivation to participate in land management from diversified land pro-duction,regional land development and complete land management.Consequently,through the construc-tion of multiple product development system,the improvement of land management system and the con-struction of modern agricultural management system,the practical needs of small farmers can be satisfied and their initiative to fully participate in rural land governance be promoted.
