社会工作的语境表达及意蕴理解

组建社会工作部给我国"社会工作"带来新的理论语境与实践空间,全面理解和认识不同语境下的社会工作不仅有助于加深对社会工作部部门及其职能的认识,也有助于新时代社会工作更好服务于中国式现代化进程中国家和社会治理需要.目前,产生于西方理论语境及实践中的"专业社会工作"、经过我国内地社会工作教育界泊入及实践中的"本土化社会工作"以及我国内地政策语境及实践中使用的"大社会工作"是我国社会工作范畴使用语境的主要形式,构成我国社会工作话语表达系统的基础,各自都有着自身特指的内涵与外延.在不同的语境中,"社会工作"同一话语所表达的内涵与外延、价值与功能等却存在差异,但又紧密相连,都保持着社会工作的核心内核内容与属性.梳理研究不同语境中社会工作的相异之处及共识性内核,是理解社会工作部中"社会工作"之内涵与外延的重要基础和路径.
The Contextual Expression and Understanding of the Meaning of"Social Work"
The establishment of Social Work Department has brought new theoretical context and prac-tical room to China's"social work".The comprehensive understanding of social work in different contexts will not only help deepen the understanding of social work departments and their functions,but also help social work in the new era better serve the needs of national and social governance in the process of Chinese path to modernization.At present,"professional social work"originated from the western theoretical con-text and practice,"localized social work"introduced and practiced by the social work education community in Chinese Mainland,and"big social work"used in the policy context and practice in Chinese Mainland are the three main forms of context used in the field of social work in China and form the basis of Chinese so-cial work discourse expression system,each having its own specific connotation and denotation.In differ-ent discourse contexts,there exist differences in the connotation and denotation,value and function for the same discourse of"social work".However,they are closely connected at the same time,maintaining the core content and attributes of social work.Sorting out and studying the differences and common core of so-cial work in different contexts is an important foundation and path for understanding the connotation and denotation of social work in the Ministry of"Social Work".
