Optimal Strategies for the Participation of Social Sports Forces in the Governance of Primary and Secondary School Physical Education under the Background of"Double Reduction"
This study explores the issue of social sports forces participating in primary and secondary school sports governance under the background of the"double reduction"policy.Through literature re-view,field investigation and logical analysis,it is found that social sports forces face such difficulties as in-sufficient policy support,poor coordination and cooperation,weak autonomy and low social recognition in participating in primary and secondary school sports governance.To cope with these problems,this study puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:first,social sports forces are supposed to follow,adapt to and serve the policy,direction and demand of primary and secondary school sports so as to improve the service quality and effect;second,a multi-party communication mechanism among schools,governments and society should be established to improve the coordination of participation;third,social sports forces should improve the professional service ability and enhance the quality and effect of participa-tion;fourth,efforts should be made to actively expand the field space of social sports forces participating in primary and secondary school sports governance and increase the activity space.
