城乡关系是人类社会的基本关系,也是深刻影响中国发展的基本关系.新中国成立后,城乡关系历经城乡恢复、二元分治、调整改革、统筹协调、全面融合五个阶段,是具有连续性与阶段性相统一、民族性与世界性相统一、主线贯串与多面展开相统一的历史进程,形成了遵循历史进步航向,坚持人民主体地位,以时代问题为导向,强调历史、现实与未来的内在联系等不变特质.新中国城乡关系的演变需要大历史观才能准确把握,同时也彰显了大历史观独特的思想价值.
Abstract
The relationship between urban and rural areas is a fundamental one in human society,which has had a profound impact on China's development.After the founding of New China,the urban-ru-ral relationship has gone through five stages of urban and rural restoration,binary division,adjustment and reform,coordination,and comprehensive integration and has been a historical process that unifies con-tinuity and stage,nationhood and universality,and the main line and multifaceted unfolding.Besides,the urban-rural relationship has formed the unchanging qualities of following the direction of historical pro-gress,adhering to the dominate position of the people,being oriented by the problems of the times,and emphasizing the intrinsic connection between history,reality,and the future.The great historical outlook is required to accurately grasp the evolution of urban-rural relations in New China and meanwhile the u-nique ideological value of the great historical outlook is highlighted.
