教育数字化转型过程中的高校教师数字素养培养策略

在教育数字化转型过程中,高校教师数字素养培养是一个亟待解决的任务.目前,教师的数字化资源运用能力因学校数字化资源匮乏、数字化教育意识落后、数字化技术培训不足、数字化教育评价体系缺失及教师数字化素养较低而面临严峻挑战.通过解读教育部《教师数字素养》行业标准,分析数字素养在高校教学中的重要性,提出对教师从数字意识、数字技术知识与技能、数字化应用能力、数字社会责任和专业发展五个方面进行培训和指导,以期提高教师的数字素养,促进教师专业发展.
Digital Literacy Cultivation for University Teachers in the Perspective of Educational Digitalization
The cultivation of digital literacy among university teachers is an urgent task in the process of digital transformation of education.Currently,university teachers'ability to utilize digital resources is facing severe challenges due to the scarcity of digital resources at universities,the backward awareness of digital education,the lack of digital skill training,the absence of a digital education evaluation system and the low digital literacy of the teachers.This paper introduces the professional standard of"Teacher Digital Literacy"issued by the Ministry of Education,analyzes the importance of digital literacy for teachers in the colleges and universities,and proposes training suggestions in five aspects:digital awareness,digital knowledge and skills,digital application competence,digital social responsibility and professional develop-ment,aiming to improve college teachers'digital literacy and facilitate their professional development.
