摘要
高校研究生党支部规范化建设在高校研究生教育中具有基础性、紧迫性和前瞻性等特点和要求,能增强党支部战斗堡垒作用,确保党的路线方针政策在研究生教育系统有效实施.当前高校研究生党支部规范化建设在对标制度建设、突出政治功能、发挥保障作用和结合学科专业特色建设等方面都取得了明显进展,但在研究生党员思想政治教育、党员监督管理、支部作风建设和组织生活实效性及创新性等方面仍存在不足.在新征程上,地方高校研究生党支部规范化建设需要在强化党员政治理论学习、提高监督管理服务质量、加强以学风为主的作风建设和推进支部内涵特色建设等四个方面下足功夫并取得突破.
Abstract
The standardization construction of Graduate Student's Party Branch in colleges and universi-ties has the characteristics and requirements of foundation,urgency and foresight in graduate education.It can strengthen the role of the party branch as a fighting fortress and ensure the effective implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies in graduate education system.Currently,the standardization construc-tion of Graduate Student's Party Branch in colleges and universities has made obvious progress in the con-struction of the standard system,highlighting the political function,playing the supportive role and com-bining the construction of disciplines and professional characteristics.However,there are still deficiencies in the ideological and political education of graduate party members,supervision and management of party members,the construction of the working style and the effectiveness and the innovation of the organiza-tional life.On the new journey,more efforts are needed to put into the standardization construction of Graduate Student's Party Branch in local colleges and universities so as to make breakthroughs in such as-pects as strengthening the study of political theory for the party members,enhancing the service quality of supervision and management,strengthening the construction of work style centered on study habits and promoting the connotative characteristic construction of Graduate Student's Party Branch.
