农村电商人才赋能海岛振兴:理论逻辑、现实困境与系统路径

党的二十大报告提出全面推进乡村振兴,海岛农村是我国乡村体系的重要组成部分,海岛振兴是我国乡村振兴中不可或缺的部分.海岛电商能克服海岛的空间约束,有助于海岛振兴,其中农村电商人才培养尤为关键.通过采用系统思维,对农村电商人才培养和海岛振兴之间进行关联性分析,同时基于当前我国农村电商人才培养与海岛振兴发展的现状,总结出农村电商人才赋能海岛振兴的现实困境.从系统思维的整体性、层次性、多样性、动态性出发,在基地、高校、企业、政府四个层面提出培养农村电商人才的系统路径,进而为海岛振兴提供强有力的支持.
Empowering Rural E-commerce Talents for Island Revitalization:A Theoretical Logic,Practical Difficulties,and Systemic Pathes
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization.And island villages are an important component of China's rural system while the revitalization of island is an indispensable part of the rural rejuvenation of China.Island e-commerce can break through the island space constraints and is of great help to the island's revitalization,of which the cultivation of rural e-commerce talents is particularly important.This paper analyzed the relationship between the cultivation of rural e-commerce talents and the revitalization of islands through systematic thinking and summarized the challenges for rural e-commerce talents to support the island revitalization based on the current situation of the cultivation of rural e-commerce talent and the development of island revitalization in China.Based on the overall,hierarchical,diversified,and dynamic features of systematic thinking,a system path of cultivating rural e-commerce talents is proposed to support island revitalization at the four levels of the base,universities,enterprises,and governments.
