县级融媒体中心建设的困境与发展路径探讨

摘要
在县级融媒体中心建设过程中,要加强政策支持,增加财政投入,为县级融媒体中心提供充足的资金和资源保障;要注重人才培养和引进,通过开展专业培训和引进高素质人才,提升融媒体中心的技术水平和内容生产能力;要加强与高校、科研机构合作,借助外部力量进行技术研发和创新;要积极探索多元化的经营模式,通过广告、用户付费、项目合作等多种途径增加收入来源,增强自我造血功能;要提升内容质量,创新传播形式,以增强受众黏性和影响力.通过以上措施,县级融媒体中心有望突破现有困境,实现可持续发展.
Abstract
In the process of constructing county-level integrated media centers,it is necessary to strengthen policy support,increase financial investment,and provide sufficient funding and resource guar-antees.In addition,attention should also be paid to the cultivation and introduction of talents so as to en-hance the technical level and content production capacity of the integrated media center.For one thing,we can conduct professional training.For another,we can introduce high quality talents.We should strength-en the cooperation with universities and research institutions so that we can conduct technological research and development and innovation with the help of external forces.We should actively explore diversified business models and increase revenue sources through various channels such as advertising,user payment,and project cooperation,and enhance our self-supporting capability.Meanwhile,we should improve con-tent quality,innovate communication ways so as to enhance audience stickiness and influence.Through the above measures,county-level integrated media centers are expected to overcome the existing difficulties and achieve sustainable development.
