Research on the Mechanism of Battle Fortress in the Grassroots Party Organization of Universities in the New Era:A Case Study of the Construction of Grassroots Party Organization in Lingnan Normal University
Based on the actual situation of the construction,the grass-roots party organization of Ling-nan Normal University proposes the concept of stimulating the"source motivation",strengthening the"centripetal force",and improving the"organizational power"so as to make university's grass-roots party organization a combat fortress.The"source of power"is stimulated by setting the goal of"dual integration of party building and business";the"centripetal force"is strengthened through"the good example engi-neering construction";the"organizational power"is enhanced with the"construction of the assessment system".This article is to explore the role played by the grassroots party organization of universities in the new era,hopefully summarizing some useful experience.
