摘要
随着我国信访法治化、专业化水平不断提高,高校信访工作要适应高等教育内涵式发展要求,成为提升高校治理效能的重要抓手.基于当前高校信访工作存在的信访本质认识不到位、信访体制机制不完善、信访工作队伍建设滞后、信访问题解决能力不强等问题,提出从政治高度摆正信访工作本质认识、夯实信访工作体制机制保障、全面提升信访问题解决能力、建设高素质专业化的高校信访干部队伍等对策建议.
Abstract
With the continuous improvement of the legal and professional level of petition work in Chi-na,the petition work at universities must adapt to the connotative development of higher education,and become an important means of enhancing the governance efficiency of universities.There exist such prob-lems as inadequate understanding of the essence of petition work,imperfect petition system and mecha-nism,lagging team construction of petition work,and weak problem-solving ability in petition work at u-niversities.Based on the analysis of these problems,measures and suggestions are proposed to address them,which include understanding the essence of petition work politically,strengthening the institutional and mechanism guarantee of petition work,and comprehensively enhancing the problem-solving ability in petition work as well as building a high-quality and professional team of university petition carders.
